Great Calk Drawing. Handsigned titled and dated. Comes from the collection of the municipality of The Hague, The Netherlands. Education Heppe de Moor: Royal Academy of Arts (The Hague). Qualifications: sculptor, painter, cinematographer and draughtsman. Materials: oil paint, sheet steel, ferrocement, rubber and polyester. Style characteristic: new realist. De Moor began his artistic career as a painter, but became known for his sculptures in public spaces; government and corporate commissions throughout the Netherlands. He was married to writer Margriet de Moor. Together they started an artists' salon in 's-Graveland in 1984. A number of film and video portraits of the exhibiting artists were made for the meetings in this salon.
